No kidding.

A horse was attacked by a predator and the attack was originally attributed to something large and wild.

Now we learn that the Ministry of Natural Resources has decided it was a dog attack. 

The owner of the horse takes issue with that conclusion.

I'd forgotten about that old yeoman of a word, cop-out.  I think I'll start using it again.  It's very apropos in view of what's happening these days.
