The remedy arguments, which take place if a law is found to violate
the Charter of Rights as is the case with Bill 132, the Ontario 'pit
bull' ban, will take place as follows:
Date: June 28, 2007
Time: 10:00 am
Place: Either 361 or 393 University Avenue, Toronto (University and
Dundas) One week prior to the hearing, we will have the exact
address.
We would like as many people as possible to attend. This is our last
kick at the can for the first round. Let's show the Court and the
Attorney General's office that we are concerned, commited and
determined to have this ban overturned.
Hope to see everyone there.
