"There's no such thing as a pit bull" according to a lawyer for the Ontario government during yesterday's remedy arguments. This was stated quite emphatically after the barrister kept tripping over his own feet during the hearing, which lasted about 2-1/2 hours in total.
It's taken three years, but I guess it's finally sinking in that this whole 'pit bull' thing is a crock.
Clayton Ruby was great, the courtroom was crowded and I feel pretty good about how things went.
We have to wait for the final decision on Bryant's unconstitutional law. We don't know when it might come down, so hang in there and protect your dogs.
