Well, yes, I guess it is.  When will these guys learn?  Now they are going to have to rescind and redraft it, which means they are going to face opposition, increased attention from their constitutents and a possible lawsuit.

The suggested 'enhancements' won't help.  All of these bans are vague, difficult to understand and tough for officials to enforce, regardless of how they try to rig them.

You'd think they'd save themselves the trouble and use the time and money to come up with something fair and effective that everyone supports.

Wish them luck.
