A judge tossed out the Louisville dog ordinance as it violates rules and regulations around public meetings.

The federal lawsuit, the constitutional challenge, is still on file and will proceed if the Democrats and their masters at H$U$ don't back down and redraft the ordinance - with public input.

More good news for the side of decency and fairness.
